These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.minsers.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by MINSERS FFS S.L. (hereinafter MINSERS), with C.I.F. B-98950801 and registered office at Calle Escultor Antonio Sacramento nº 9, stair B, door 16, 46013 of Valencia, as well as the services and products offered by MINSERS on its website.

MINSERS offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

For the access to the Web site the registration of the Users will not be required. However, in order to contract any of the products or services offered by MINSERS, the User’s registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

Through the website www.minsers.com, MINSERS offers to the users flip flops and beach towels of the MINSERS brand.

The present Terms and Conditions of MINSERS described below define the rights and obligations of MINSERS and Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the fact that certain services may have particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the Website and replace any other conditions, except prior agreement and in writing between MINSERS and the User.

2.- User Data

In order to acquire the products offered through the Website, it will be necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website.

The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to his computer and access codes to avoid possible unauthorized uses.

In the event that the User has reason to believe that his / her data have been brought to the attention of a third party, or if they have been used in an unauthorized manner, or are likely to be used, he / she must communicate this situation to MINSERS immediately.

3.- Orders and conditions of sale

The services and products offered through the MINSERS Website are intended for the purchase by Users of flip-flops and beach towels of the MINSERS brand.

To be able to contract an order from MINSERS, the User must be over 18 years of age.

From the Website www.minsers.com, MINSERS will send orders to different customers.

To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage your purchase order.

4.- Price, form of payment and discount codes

Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.

After the payment is made, the User will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the mode of shipment requested and the destination address.

If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the user will receive an automatic payment error message and your order will not be processed until the payment process is completed successfully.

The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

All the prices shown are final prices, the Value Added Tax (VAT) being expressly included, without prejudice to the fact that the user will have at all times information disaggregated of the price of the product. MINSERS may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. These discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by MINSERS with respect to each code, and in any case, Users may only use a single code per order.

The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

5.- Information about MINSERS products and services  

The data included in the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as commercial names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, MINSERS declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the aforementioned errors or omissions after having been informed of them.

6.- Returns and right of withdrawal

6.1 Returns for manufacturing defects.

The User may return to MINSERS, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to MINSERS his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them, will not entail any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact MINSERS within the period granted of one month, in the following return form indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, MINSERS will allow the User to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for MINSERS.

In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with the same characteristics can not be shipped, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the sending of another model that The User voluntarily chooses.

The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or of the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which MINSERS confirms to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.

The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.

If the User resolves the contract, MINSERS will carry out the return of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).

MINSERS informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment that the User would have used when buying the product:

-If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, MINSERS will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.

-If the User has made the payment through PayPal, MINSERS will refund the amount paid within 2-3 business days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.

6.2 Withdrawal

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

However, the User must be responsible for the direct cost of return to MINSERS, whether it returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products of the order.

To formalize the return, you must contact MINSERS on the following withdrawal form. Once this communication has been received, MINSERS will indicate the way to send the order to its offices or warehouses.

MINSERS is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, MINSERS recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices / warehouses of MINSERS, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly to MINSERS.

The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.

The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that MINSERS may refuse the return.

Once MINSERS receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, MINSERS will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User.

If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, MINSERS will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.

MINSERS informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:

7.- Product Change Policy

MINSERS does not accept the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.

The Spanish version will prevail in case of conflict.
